About The Position

The Executive Project Manager, Data Centers is a senior, customer-facing leader accountable for executing large, strategic customer projects from order intake through factory fulfillment and final field deployment. The position is the single point of accountability for complex customer programs and coordinates across project engineering, factory operations, sales, logistics, quality, and regional execution teams. The role owns the end-to-end customer experience for high-value accounts, with a focus on quality, schedule adherence, documentation readiness, cross-regional consistency, and reducing execution risk and internal friction. The role leads the full equipment order lifecycle, including order readiness and factory intake, production coordination and release, storage and staging, shipment planning, field deployment, and handoff. It ensures requirements are captured and validated, documentation is complete and timely, and storage, handling, and shipment meet internal standards and customer obligations. The Executive Project Manager also identifies execution and process gaps, provides structured feedback, and helps develop repeatable best practices for complex data center customer programs. The position works onsite with colleagues Monday through Thursday, with the option to choose a work location on Fridays based on work needs. It is safety sensitive and may require additional drug screening. The position is incentive eligible; it is not sales commission eligible.
