Mercy Multiplied exists to provide opportunities and resources for all to experience God’s unconditional love, forgiveness, and life-transforming power. Our Residential Program for young women ages 13–32 and Outpatient Counseling Program for women and men ages 13 and older are voluntary, biblically-based, and free of charge. Mercy’s Freedom Services equip men and women of all ages to live free, stay free, and help others find freedom in Christ.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 3-5 years of administrative support experience.
- Mature Christians with a dedicated work ethic.
- Live a lifestyle conducive to Christian principles.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Pastor, including attending leadership meetings, taking and distributing notes, managing calendar, reviewing emails, and assisting with correspondence.
- Partner with ministry staff in supervising daily lunch periods to promote a safe, orderly, and Christ-centered community environment.
- Use drive time and daily interactions as opportunities to build meaningful, Christ-centered relationships with residents.
