About The Position

This is an exploratory leadership opportunity. The key role is to maintain responsibility for the oversight of complex and high-risk organizational programs and projects. This includes leading teams through all phases of a work stream, from concept ideation, development, implementation, and closeout. The role involves overseeing the workflow structure, critical path, and change control. Additionally, the position requires supervising staff, managing budgets, schedules, and project operations, and ensuring the availability of required resources. The role also serves as a liaison with organizational peers, sponsors, customers, and other stakeholders, with primary responsibility for risk management, quality client service, quality implementation, and growth.

Requirements

Experience with leading mid to large programs or projects
Knowledge of the government procurement life cycle
Ability to lead teams to deliver financial and technical performance in line with or exceeding client expectations
Ability to develop and mentor teams
Bachelor's degree
