About The Position

This is an exploratory leadership opportunity. The role involves maintaining responsibility for the oversight of complex and high-risk organizational programs and projects. The individual will lead teams through all phases of a work stream, including concept ideation, development, implementation, and closeout. Responsibilities include overseeing the workflow structure, critical path, and change control. The role also involves supervising staff, managing budgets, schedules, and project operations, and ensuring the availability of required resources. A key aspect is serving as a liaison with organizational peers, sponsors, customers, and other stakeholders. The position holds primary responsibility for risk management, quality client service, quality implementation, and growth.

Requirements

• Experience with leading mid to large programs or projects
• Knowledge of the government procurement life cycle
• Ability to lead teams to deliver financial and technical performance in line with or exceeding client expectations
• Ability to develop and mentor teams
• Bachelor's degree
