The ideal candidate is a seasoned executive operations professional who thrives behind the scenes, anticipates needs before they arise, exercises exceptional judgment and discretion, and takes pride in enabling senior leaders and Board members to focus on the decisions that shape the company’s future. The Executive Operations & Board Affairs Manager serves as a trusted partner to the Chief Executive Officer in their capacity as CEO and Chairperson of the Board of Directors. This highly visible role is responsible for coordinating Board of Directors activities to include travel logistics, supporting Scientific Advisory Board operations, managing executive logistics, and ensuring seamless execution of governance-related processes. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion in handling highly confidential information, and extensive experience supporting corporate boards and executive leadership. The individual will work closely with Board members, senior executives, legal counsel, external stakeholders, and the CEO's executive support team to ensure the efficient operation of the Executive Office and governance functions.
