Requirements

  • 2 or more years of proven experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role
  • Strong English proficiency with clear and professional communication
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong follow-through and accountability
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Comfortable supporting high-level leaders and client interactions
  • High level of written and verbal English required
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities
  • Ability to maintain structure and follow-through in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars across multiple stakeholders
  • Prepare agendas and ensure follow-up on action items
  • Monitor and manage executive inboxes and communications
  • Track leads, meetings, and ongoing activities
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed on time
  • Coordinate travel logistics when required
  • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and resolve conflicts proactively
  • Support planning and execution of key business sessions
  • Draft and organize internal and external communications
  • Maintain accurate data and workflows within CRM systems
  • Manage tasks and deadlines using project management tools
  • Facilitate recurring meetings and ensure accountability
