About The Position

The Leidos Intel Sector has an opening for a TS/SCI with polygraph cleared Executive Officer (EXO) seeking a rewarding and challenging opportunity supporting Division level management for an Intelligence Community customer. The EXO will support senior leadership within a fast-paced Intelligence Community environment, supporting the client's Wellbeing Division. This high-visibility role serves as a central coordination point for executive-level tasking across the Sponsor and broader IC. Responsibilities may vary based upon fluctuating needs but will include typical EXO duties, such as; Answering phones and responding to emails on behalf of executive leadership. Review, vet, prioritize, assign, track, and respond to internal taskings. Coordinate complex issues and actions across the client and partners. Prepare executive-level deliverables including talking points, read-ahead books, background papers, reports, and briefing materials. Support efforts to develop, defend, and coordinate internal organizational policies, including facilitating resource, technology, and information sharing. Coordinating schedules for multiple senior client executives. Independently maintain and deconflict calendars for multiple senior client executives based on priorities. Preparing for meetings, to include reserving conference rooms and printing materials. Providing ad hoc support to other Divisions

Requirements

  • Possession of a current and active Top Secret SCI with polygraph clearance is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of executive administrator experience
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple high-priority actions
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Must have strong inter-personal skills and ability to interact effectively with various clientele in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized, strategic thinker and detail oriented; ability to multitask, anticipate and adapt to changing needs
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
