As a central strategic partner bridging YouTube’s Go-to-Market Operations (GTMO) and the broader business organization, you will drive the operational cadence and executive alignment for our most critical business initiatives. In this highly visible role, you will orchestrate key leadership moments, including BizStaff Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and GTMO content reviews, ensuring our narrative and strategy are seamlessly integrated at the SVP level. Beyond managing the day-to-day rhythm of the business, you will serve as a versatile problem-solver leading urgent "fly-in" special projects, while simultaneously partnering with leadership to shape long-term organizational design and people planning.
