The Executive Office Administrator serves a critical role as a trusted partner and strategic administrative lead to the President & CEO while also providing high-level support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role manages the day-to-day operations of the CEO and ensures systems, workflows, and communications effectively support executive leadership priorities and organizational effectiveness. The Executive Office Administrator is responsible for executive scheduling and coordination, board and governance support for the CEO, as well as, administrative support, cross-functional project management, and operational follow-through for the COO. This role operates with a high level of judgment, discretion, professionalism, and initiative and is expected to anticipate needs, streamline processes, and proactively support organizational priorities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, solutions-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments where relationship management, operational coordination, and executive support are essential to success.
