About The Position

The Westin Tempe is looking for a FT - Executive Meetings Manager to join their team. An Executive Meetings Manager takes part in servicing guests around the hotel and is part of a team of helpful people who are passionate about delivering exceptional service. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner, resulting in an extremely high level of guest satisfaction. As an Executive Meetings Manager, you will be responsible for selling, detailing, and servicing group business from all market segments, primarily handling programs of 10 to 24 room nights while maximizing guest room, meeting space, food and beverage, and ancillary revenues. This position manages the complete group event lifecycle from initial inquiry and contracting through event detailing and execution, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and seamless communication with hotel operations. Assists in the overall efficient operation of the Sales Department, develops new and repeat business, and achieves revenue goals through exceptional sales and service.

  • Adhere to hotel security policies and procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns
