About The Position

The Westin Tempe is looking for an FT - Executive Meetings Manager to join their team. This role involves servicing guests and being part of a team passionate about delivering exceptional service in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. The Executive Meetings Manager is responsible for selling, detailing, and servicing group business, primarily handling programs of 10 to 24 room nights, while maximizing revenues from guest rooms, meeting space, food and beverage, and ancillary sources. This position manages the entire group event lifecycle, from initial inquiry and contracting through event detailing and execution, ensuring client satisfaction and seamless communication with hotel operations. Additionally, the role assists in the efficient operation of the Sales Department, develops new and repeat business, and achieves revenue goals through exceptional sales and service.

  • Adherence to hotel security policies and procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns.

Responsibilities
