The Executive Meetings Manager will plan, solicit, book, and coordinate small group meetings and room sales to meet and exceed revenue goals. This role involves managing all phases of small meeting groups (under 20 rooms per night with meeting space), including contracts, rooming lists, billing, VIPs, and upgrades. The position also requires soliciting, negotiating, and confirming social group blocks, conducting outside sales calls to promote the hotel and review competition, and maximizing revenue by selling all facets of the hotel to clients. The Executive Meetings Manager will coordinate various departments' participation in servicing accounts, accurately book functions into SalesPro, and ensure meeting and room arrangements meet specifications. Additionally, the role includes assisting in supervising the banquet operation, handling inquiries and site inspections with courtesy, working closely with the sales/catering department to maximize revenues, supporting strategic planning, and planning/preparing with all outlets for events to meet client needs.
