About The Position

We are looking for an Executive Loan Officer who is a "hunter" and "gatherer," capable of pursuing new business and converting paid leads into loyal clients. This role involves engaging with warm, qualified leads, assessing borrower needs, matching them with appropriate loan products, and managing a growing pipeline. The Executive Loan Officer will oversee the entire loan process from the initial call to closing, collaborating with underwriting, closing, and compliance teams. Staying updated on industry trends, lending guidelines, and regulatory updates is also a key aspect of the role, as is representing the brand with confidence and charisma.

Requirements

• 2+ years in mortgage lending or loan origination
• Proven closer with a track record of exceeding goals
• Deep knowledge of loan products, underwriting, and compliance
• High-energy communicator with a client-first mindset
• Obsessed with follow-up, precision, and speed
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-reward environment
• Licensed and ready to roll (or willing to get licensed fast)
