The Opportunity MassMutual’s Operations Business is looking for a highly self-motivated and experienced Executive Liaison. This position will provide administrative and program/project related support to the Head of Shared Services and Enablement and the Head of Global Workforce Management, Learning & Development and Service Quality. This position requires someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable taking on complex administrative tasks, enjoys working in collaboration with others, and can regularly handle highly confidential and time sensitive information with necessary care and prioritization. The Team You’ll join the Shared Services & Enablement team, a highly collaborative organization that provides essential services and strategic support to Operations and business partners across the enterprise. As part of a broader network of Operations assistants and Executive Liaisons, you’ll help enable a coordinated, enterprise‑wide approach to how leaders engage, communicate, and deliver results contributing directly to the effectiveness and impact of the Shared Services & Enablement organization. The Impact This is a multi-faceted role in which the Executive Liaison will take initiative and operate in an autonomous way, utilizing a proactive approach to anticipate and fulfill the administrative needs of the executives and coordinate across the team of Operations assistants to deliver a consistent approach to operations. This role will be involved in coordinating, planning, reporting and communicating as well as managing and maintaining calendar activity, coordinating travel (domestic and international), and responding to information requests. This will include coordinating meetings and conferences with both internal and external sources, compiling information from various sources for routine inquiries and reports, analyzing data and preparing regularly scheduled reports. The assistant will provide backup support to other Executive Liaison professionals as needed.
