About The Position

The Executive Leadership Team Administrative Support role provides high-level administrative, coordination, and organizational support to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This position is essential to maintaining the structure, rhythm, and follow-through required for effective leadership execution. The role partners closely with the ELT to ensure EOS tools, meetings, and priorities are consistently supported, well-organized, and completed as committed. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, confidentiality, and a proactive approach to supporting leaders in a fast-paced, accountability-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support to senior leaders or executive teams.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in an EOS-run organization.
  • Familiarity with EOS tools and terminology (Level 10 Meetings, Rocks, Scorecards, IDS).
  • Experience supporting Boards of Directors.
  • Experience in a mid-market ($25M–$100M) organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Support the team as needed by managing logistics, communications, and follow-through without disrupting organizational focus.
  • Coordinate and support EOS-based meetings, including: Weekly Level 10 Meetings, Quarterly and Annual Planning Sessions, Leadership offsites and strategic reviews.
  • Maintain organization and visibility of quarterly Rocks at the leadership level.
  • Coordinate logistics, schedules, and materials for Board of Directors and governance-related meetings.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread executive-level correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage executive travel arrangements, expense reporting, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist with planning company-wide meetings, divisional quarterly meetings, and leadership communications.
