About The Position

The Executive Intern role offers a valuable opportunity for emerging professionals to gain hands-on experience supporting senior leadership within a mission-driven organization. Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited undergraduate or graduate program
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional demeanor with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred fields of study include Public Administration, Business, Social Work, Public Health, Psychology, or related disciplines
  • Demonstrated interest in behavioral health, crisis response, nonprofit work, or organizational leadership

Responsibilities

  • Support executive leadership with strategic projects, research, and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Participate in cross‑departmental initiatives as assigned by Johnathan or leadership designees.
  • Conduct data collection or analysis to support decision‑making.
  • Attend relevant internal meetings (when appropriate) to observe processes and gain exposure.
  • Internship duties may be tailored to meet academic program requirements.
