MotionCanada,

About The Position

Motion is building the command center for creative strategists, an AI-native platform that bridges the gap between performance marketers and creative teams. The platform analyzes and organizes creative at scale, surfaces competitor trends, and is rolling out a persistent creative strategy agent. Motion is trusted by top e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands and agencies, having analyzed over $14B in media spend. The company has a 70+ person team, has raised over $65M in capital, and has experienced consecutive record revenue quarters. The founders have a history of building successful companies, and many teammates have chosen to build again at Motion due to trust, culture, and conviction. The team is deeply embedded in the advancements of AI and the industry, focused on closing the gap between what's possible and what's shipped in product. This role is inspired by transitions like Jean-Michel Lemieux's move from CTO of Shopify to an Executive IC at a Series B startup, focusing on an individual contributor who can drive product development directly.
