About The Position

The Executive HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor to enterprise and C-suite leaders, mainly supporting Operations and Commercial client groups. This role helps build organizational strategy, executive talent, leadership efficiency, and workforce capability throughout critical areas of the business. Operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, the Executive HRBP works closely with executive leaders to support business goals through talent, organization, and culture. The role demands strong business insight, executive presence, and the ability to influence throughout complex organizations. It requires navigating ambiguity, transformation, and changing leadership dynamics with confidence and credibility.

Requirements

  • Over 12 years of advancing HR Business Partner or talent leadership experience assisting senior leaders in large, complex organizations; experience in public companies is preferred
  • Significant experience supporting broad client groups and executive leaders at the C-suite and EVP level
  • Experience supporting Operations and/or Commercial functions
  • Proven track record advising on executive talent, org development, succession, and transformation initiatives
  • Experience supporting M&A, integration, or enterprise transformation efforts preferred
  • Lean, operating system, or continuous improvement experience beneficial
  • Experience bringing to bear data, digital tools, or AI-enabled insights to support talent and organizational decisions is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent, organizational efficiency, and leadership dynamics
  • Provide candid, practical counsel on complex and sensitive people matters
  • Influence enterprise decisions with thoughtful consideration and an enterprise-first approach
  • Lead executive talent planning, including succession, promotion, retention, and external hiring strategies
  • Drive rigor and consistency in talent calibration and performance differentiation processes
  • Anticipate leadership risks and strengthen pipelines for critical roles and future capability needs
  • Translate business strategy into scalable organizational structures, operating models, and workforce plans
  • Lead org build and workforce planning efforts across large, complex functions
  • Strengthen leadership team efficiency, decision-making, and operating cadence
  • Mentor senior leaders through organizational change, leadership challenges, and team dynamics
  • Support enterprise transformation, integration, and large-scale change initiatives
  • Drive alignment, accountability, and execution during periods of change and growth

Benefits

  • Salary Range: $141,900.00 - $222,860.00 USD
