Executive Housekeeper

Hilton Garden Inn Columbus Easton•Columbus, OH
•Onsite

About The Position

No two days in hotel housekeeping are exactly the same, especially when you're responsible for two properties. One morning, you may be walking guestrooms with your housekeeping team, checking room readiness, or adjusting schedules to accommodate an unexpected increase in occupancy. Later in the day, you could be reviewing inspection scores, coordinating with Maintenance on out-of-order rooms, ordering supplies, or helping your team prepare for a busy weekend. As Executive Housekeeper, you'll oversee housekeeping operations across two hotels, ensuring guestrooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and ready to welcome guests. You'll lead and develop your housekeeping teams, manage staffing and departmental expenses, and work closely with hotel leadership to maintain brand standards and guest satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll balance the needs of both properties, step in to support your team when needed, and occasionally assist with Front Desk or Guest Services during busy periods. At Newport Hospitality Group, Living Hospitality means taking pride in the details, supporting your team, and creating a clean, comfortable environment that makes every guest feel welcome.
