About The Position
Tapestry Collection by Hilton | 97-Room Boutique Hotel Are you a hospitality leader with a passion for cleanliness, team development, and guest satisfaction? Our Tapestry Collection by Hilton hotel is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead all housekeeping and laundry operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of housekeeping leadership experience in a hotel environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience managing staff schedules, inventories, and departmental performance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Hilton experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain Hilton brand standards throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, inventory, and department budgets.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure rooms are guest-ready.
- Partner with Front Office and Maintenance teams to maximize efficiency and service.
- Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally.
