About The Position

An Ultra-High-Net-Worth family is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly discreet Executive Housekeeper to maintain their principal residence to a museum-quality standard. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in luxury estates, possesses an expert knowledge of fine fabric and garment care, and operates with a seamless, unobtrusive presence. This role requires someone who takes immense pride in creating a pristine, organized, and welcoming home environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience working as a full-time Housekeeper in an UHNW estate, luxury boutique hotel.
  • Expert-level knowledge of sanitization standards, and fabric care.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for symmetry, placement, and detail.
  • Highly professional, emotionally intelligent, and deeply respectful of boundaries and privacy.
  • Ability to anticipate the family's needs without requiring constant direction.
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check, sign a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), have a valid CA Drivers License and possess English communication skills.
  • Must be local to the Bay Area.

Responsibilities

  • Execute meticulous, deep cleaning of all interior spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas. Utilize specialized knowledge to safely clean and maintain high-end surfaces (e.g., marble, exotic woods, Venetian plaster, fine crystals, and antiques).
  • Manage all household laundry, including daily wear, fine linens, and delicate fabrics. Demonstrate expert proficiency in ironing, steaming, folding, and stain removal. Organize and maintain closets to a boutique-retail standard; assist with seasonal wardrobe rotation and packing/unpacking for family travel.
  • Keep all rooms immaculately organized, ensuring items are consistently returned to their proper places. Tidy all common spaces. Make beds daily, ensuring bedrooms are prepped for the day according to the family's exact preferences. Set-up outdoors daily depending on season, uncover furniture, blow off debris, empty trash bins, replenish pool towels etc.
  • Responsible for setting the table and putting out breakfasts for the family. Meals will be made the night before by the family chef. Before leaving for the day cleaning breakfast mess and setting the table for lunch.
  • Monitor and restock household cleaning supplies, toiletries, and pantry staples. Report any maintenance issues to the House Manager and occasionally oversee specialized vendors (e.g., carpet cleaners, window washers).
