Executive Housekeeper - Microtel by Wynham Nephi
About The Position
We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Executive Housekeeper to join our brand-new Microtel Inn & Suites in Nephi. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role where you’ll help build a high-performing team and shape a culture rooted in providing Heartfelt Hospitality and genuine care for both our guests and fellow team members. As the Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for developing, training, and leading your team to deliver exceptional experiences every day. Requirements
- 1+ year of housekeeping experience (supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Comfortable using computers (Excel & property systems)
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (Spanish is a plus!)
- Professional, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support the housekeeping & laundry team day-to-day
- Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate team members
- Ensure that the Housekeeping and Laundry team members are properly trained in cleaning standards, safety, and chemical use
- Monitor each team member's productivity, quality, and performance
- Conduct daily team huddles to keep everyone aligned and motivated
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
- Maintain a positive, energized, and accountable work environment
- Ensure consistent communication with management and all other hotel departments
