About The Position

The Executive Casino Host is responsible for ensuring an excellent guest experience for players on-site, developing relationships with VIP casino patrons to encourage repeat visits, managing discretionary comps based on player account value, meeting weekly outreach benchmarks, and increasing theoretical revenues for the coded maintenance group. The incumbent will maintain relationships and market targeted customers through personal contact to generate incremental revenue. The Casino Host will oversee, solicit, and identify new gaming guests for the Player’s Club program. The incumbent will meet and greet players on the casino floor, at special events, and promotions. The Casino Host will be responsible for retaining existing guests and will assist with special services for top-tier players.

  • Insuring an excellent guest experience for players while on site
