About The Position

WarHorse Gaming Omaha is seeking an experienced, results-driven Executive Host to develop, maintain, and grow relationships with mid- to high-limit players. The Executive Host serves as a key ambassador of the property, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving loyalty, retention, and gaming revenue. The ideal candidate will have an established player following, strong casino host experience, and fluency in an Asian language to effectively support and engage our diverse guest base. This position requires a highly motivated professional who excels at relationship-building, guest service, and strategic player development.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of Casino Host experience in a large-scale gaming operation supporting both Slot and Table Games.
  • Established player following required.
  • Strong understanding of player development strategies, player tracking systems, and complimentary guidelines.
  • Fluency in English and an Asian language required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

  • Uphold and actively support the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with valued guests through personalized service and ongoing engagement.
  • Actively market gaming products, promotions, amenities, entertainment offerings, and special events.
  • Build and expand player relationships through networking, telemarketing, referrals, and guest outreach.
  • Maintain a visible presence on the gaming floor and attend VIP events, tournaments, and promotional activities.
  • Greet guests and ensure exceptional service throughout their visit.
  • Track player activity, maintain accurate player records, and identify opportunities to increase visitation and gaming spend.
  • Arrange guest accommodations and issue complimentaries in accordance with established guidelines and company policies.
  • Promote Player’s Club programs and assist guests with player card enrollment and benefits.
  • Coordinate special guest services, including dining, transportation, entertainment, hotel accommodations, and VIP experiences.
  • Resolve guest concerns, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor player rewards, credit lines, and account activity while maintaining confidentiality and compliance standards.
  • Analyze player activity and performance reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain knowledge of gaming products, player tracking systems, casino promotions, and competitor offerings.
  • Represent WarHorse Gaming Omaha at on-property and off-property events as required.
  • Attend required meetings, training sessions, and company events.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
