About The Position

McKesson is seeking a learning and development professional to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of leadership experiences for senior leaders and high-potential talent. Working with Executive Development Leads, this role translates development strategies into engaging experiences, scalable learning solutions, and connected leadership communities that strengthen enterprise leadership capability. The position is based from McKesson’s Las Colinas office and may require 0–25% travel. The ideal candidate has expertise in adult learning, program execution, project management, and learning technologies, and is interested in using AI, automation, and digital tools to improve executive development experiences, increase engagement between leadership events, and generate actionable insights.

Requirements

Four-year degree or equivalent; a four-year degree or relevant experience is required.
At least 7 years of experience in learning and development, leadership development, organizational development, talent development, training, or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, and learning experience development.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality experiences.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for applying AI, automation, and emerging technologies to learning and development.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting senior leader or enterprise-wide development programs.
Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve learning design, content development, operations, engagement, or insights.
Additional experience in learning and development, leadership development, talent development, organizational development, training, or related disciplines is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the design, development, and delivery of executive and high-potential development experiences aligned with enterprise priorities, leadership expectations, and business needs.
Manage communications, logistics, and execution for leadership calls, leadership exchanges, development programs, and executive learning experiences.
Apply adult learning principles to create participant materials, learning resources, engagement activities, and reinforcement strategies that support behavior change and knowledge retention.
Lead engagement for senior leader communities by creating ongoing learning, connection, and communication between major leadership events.
Partner with internal stakeholders, communications and event teams, vendors, and external speakers to deliver leadership experiences.
Identify and implement opportunities to use AI-enabled tools, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance participant experiences, streamline operations, improve decision-making, and generate actionable insights.
Use data, feedback, participation trends, and learning metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve experiences.
Manage external vendors, facilitators, speaker bureaus, and learning partners to support seamless execution and positive participant experiences.
Develop repeatable processes, templates, and tools to improve team efficiency and scalability.
Build trusted relationships across HR, Communications, Events, and business stakeholders to support successful program delivery.
