About The Position

Moments Hospice is seeking an Executive Director to lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of a hospice branch. The role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care and experiences, supporting patients and families during end-of-life journeys, and ensuring strong team performance and achievement of clinical and operational goals. The Executive Director makes critical decisions, sets priorities, oversees compliance, and works with leadership teams on business development. The position offers autonomy, on-call support, clear expectations, reasonable caseloads, growth opportunities, and a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration.
• Understanding of healthcare theories, concepts, and best practices, with a focus on hospice.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Two to five years of hospice experience preferred.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
