About The Position

Responsible for the overall management and financial performance of the Community. Provides hands-on supervision and empowers team members to consistently deliver high-quality care for our residents. Ensures compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations. Collaborates with the marketing and sales team to strategically oversee and enhance occupancy development.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a healthcare leadership role.
- For state of Virginia must be licensed with DSS as a Assisted Living Facility Administrator.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire team members
- Experience in effective budget management and strong understanding of financial statements and reports
- Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
