Requirements

Prior Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager experience
Proven success driving occupancy, revenue and operational performance
Strong P&L, budgeting and business management skills
Experience leading teams and managing performance
Sales and customer relationship experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
Passion for serving seniors and leading high-performing teams

Responsibilities

Lead overall community operations including care, sales, financial performance and compliance
Drive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioning
Manage P&L, budgeting, labor and expense control to meet financial goals
Recruit, hire, coach and develop high-performing leadership and team members
Deliver exceptional resident and family experience through service excellence
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards
Partner with Sales to advance leads and maximize move-ins
Build strong relationships with residents, families and local referral sources
Lead team engagement, culture and performance management
