About The Position

Requirements

• Leadership or supervisory experience in hospice, home health, or another community-based healthcare environment.

• Knowledge of hospice regulations, Medicare certification requirements, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to balance compassion with accountability and operational performance.
• Passion for developing people, strengthening teams, and delivering outstanding care.

Nice To Haves

• RN, LPN, or another degreed professional with relevant supervisory experience is preferred.
