About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to join our leadership team at Chick-fil-A Manning. As the second-in-command to the Owner/Operator, the Executive Director plays a vital role in overseeing the entire restaurant operation. This position is ideal for a leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow with one of the most respected brands in the restaurant industry. Requirements

Must be located or willing to relocate to Manning, SC (required)
2-3 years of previous Chick-fil-A Leadership experience OR 5+ years of high-level restaurant management without Chick-fil-A experience (required)
Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
Desire for a long-term career within Chick-fil-A

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Hospitality experience (highly preferred)

Responsibilities

Oversee all daily operations, ensuring excellence in food safety, customer service, speed, and hospitality
Lead and develop the restaurant’s leadership team across the Front of House, Back of House, and Administrative departments
Manage and inspire a team of 100+ team members, driving alignment with core values and operational goals
Build a high-performance culture by coaching leaders, holding teams accountable, and providing clear direction
Promote food safety and workplace safety through consistent systems and team training
Drive profitability by identifying operational inefficiencies, reducing waste, and supporting strategic growth initiatives
Foster a healthy team culture by addressing performance and interpersonal issues directly, using established coaching frameworks
Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads, contributing to high-level planning, team meetings, and long-term goal setting
