About The Position
Join our team at Traditions Senior Living and Memory Care as Executive Director and play a key role in the lives of our senior residents. As the Executive Director, you will have the opportunity to lead our team and ensure the highest level of care. In this position, you will be able to make an impact on the well-being of our residents. You will lead Grayson County's premier family owned and operated assisted living community and will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the community and develop and maintain relationships with all our Residents, their families, care partners, and our experienced team.
Requirements
- Strong computer literacy skills to effectively utilize various software and tools
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in senior care
- Genuine passion for serving others
- Leadership qualities needed to guide our experienced team towards a successful future
Responsibilities
- Overseeing all operational aspects of the community
- Develop and maintain relationships with all our Residents, their families, care partners, and our experienced team
- Lead regular on-site, off-site, and online education sessions
