VSAC has focused on major shifts like this in the previous decade, when Trans and gender inclusion was undertaken systematically and intentionally. The last twelve years have seen our staff and services reflect the gender diversity of our clients, and VSAC is looking to take an intentional approach with its focus on anti-racism and decolonial practices as a sexual assault centre in our sector. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Executive Director is responsible for the program operations, financial stability, and supporting workplace culture. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in human resources, unionized environments, and supporting staff and community in unpacking/unlearning systems of oppression, through strategic visioning and operational planning.
