About The Position

Morningside Ministries is seeking an Executive Director to serve as the community leader of our Meadows campus, a vibrant senior living community in north of downtown San Antonio, TX. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Gerontology, or related field.
5+ years in a senior leadership role within senior housing (IL, AL, or LTC); skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred.
Current Texas Nursing Facility Administrator License required.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to lead people and solve complex problems.
A genuine desire to serve seniors and foster a thriving, compassionate community.

Responsibilities

Lead the community’s operations, financial performance, and human resources management.
Model and promote a resident-centered culture that ensures outstanding customer service.
Build and maintain strong relationships in the local community to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Morningside Ministries’ standards.
Engage with residents and families through an open-door leadership style.
Oversee all departments, ensuring alignment with budget, quality goals, and resident satisfaction.
Review financial statements, monitor performance, and implement action plans when needed.
Support and promote Morningside Ministries’ mission to provide quality service to seniors.
