Yellowstone Alliance Adventures (YAA) seeks a Christ-centered Executive Director to lead the ministry into its next season of growth. The next Executive Director will inherit a healthy ministry, a committed staff and leadership team, strong community relationships, a devoted and engaged Board, and an expanding campus. Growth in programs, year-round operations, staff, and campus construction has increased the complexity of the organization. The Board seeks a leader who will preserve YAA’s pastoral, relational heart while bringing executive, financial, organizational, and fundraising strength to steward a growing ministry. The leader must be comfortable moving between people and strategy, ministry and business, and vision and implementation. Since 1961, YAA has served the Gallatin Valley as a place where children, students, families, and churches experience outdoor adventure, meaningful relationships, and spiritual transformation. Its mission is to direct people to Jesus Christ and develop them to reflect His character. YAA operates day, overnight, and family summer camps; year-round retreats and group rentals; winter and community events; LEAP, a nature-based Christian preschool; and leadership pipelines including the Ridge Leadership initiative, the Joshua Project, and the Timothy Program. The multi-phase Ascend Campaign is adding a cabin village, waterfront, and gathering space, expanding camp capacity and enabling retreats for groups of up to 150 guests. Applicants must complete an application with their testimony, resume, and other relevant background information. This position requires licensing with The Christian & Missionary Alliance. Applicants are asked not to contact the camp directly.
