About The Position

We are seeking an Executive Director who brings both strategic vision and operational excellence to a growing Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program for Adults (PRP-A). We are looking for a leader who can confidently guide organizational strategy, strengthen program quality, support regulatory and accreditation success, and inspire teams to deliver exceptional care. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading through data, building strong systems, mentoring leaders, and representing the organization with credibility and heart.

Requirements

LCSW-C, LCPC, or CPRP credential
Executive-level leadership in behavioral health or psychiatric rehabilitation
Strong knowledge of COMAR, CARF, quality management, and program oversight
2+ years experience with strategic planning, financial stewardship, and organizational accountability
A passion for person-centered, recovery-oriented services
The ability to lead with clarity, compassion, and high standards
