We are seeking an Executive Director, U.S. HCP Marketing for Rezdiffra, to shape and actualize the HCP marketing strategy for Rezdiffra and the broader MASH therapeutic category. This role is a high-visibility role for a leader who can operate can shape brand and content strategy while being comfortable with a roll your sleeves up approach in tactical development and execution. This individual will need to embrace a business-owner mentality needed to be successful at a rapidly growing company fueled by the growth of a blockbuster brand. This individual will lead all HCP-facing marketing efforts, including personal and non-personal promotion, peer to peer education through speakers bureau and advisory boards, congress presence execution, and content creation and evolution for field teams. We are seeking a highly collaborative leader who will partner closely with Sales, Commercial Strategy and Operations, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal to ensure compliant, insight-driven, and commercially effective execution. This role is ideal for a marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment in an organization that is continuously evolving to leverage governance to formalize decision-making and ways of working. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator/presenter and is comfortable transitioning from being a strategist to a "doer," who ultimately relishes an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a successful and highly visible launch brand.
