As the company continues to grow and evolve, V2X is seeking a senior HR leader to own and strengthen the Total Rewards function, spanning compensation, benefits, executive pay, and equity administration. This is a role for a leader who is equally comfortable shaping strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute. The executive will assess current programs, identify where they need to evolve to better align with business objectives, and lead the work to get there - in close partnership with the CHRO, executive leadership, and Finance. Reporting to the CHRO, the Executive Director, Total Rewards will serve as a key leader on the HR senior team. The incumbent will be responsible for setting and executing the company's total rewards strategy in a way that attracts, retains, and motivates talent in direct support of business goals.
