The Executive Director, Theranostics Platform Enablement is accountable for shaping and aligning cross-functional strategies that sustain and expand Novartis’s Theranostics leadership. The role strengthens platform capabilities supporting current Radioligand Therapy (RLT) leadership and future Radioligand Imaging (RLI)-supported growth, including patient identification, site readiness, access, referral flow, treatment capacity, and analytics-driven decision making. Working across the Theranostics ecosystem, this leader aligns priorities, guides strategic workstreams, and addresses barriers that prevent eligible patients from being identified, referred, accessing, and receiving appropriate RLT medicines. The role collaborates closely with the Integrated Product Strategy team, RLT and RLI general management teams, and stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Patient Services, Legal, Operations, Finance, and Strategy. It uses analytics, account insights, and ecosystem trends to identify bottlenecks, prioritize interventions, inform senior leadership decisions, and support therapeutic-area resource allocation. The position oversees a budget of up to $40 million for cross-functional initiatives and leads and develops two Associate Directors (one current and one planned for 2027), while influencing matrixed teams to deliver against therapeutic-area priorities.
