The Executive Director, Theranostics Platform Enablement is accountable for shaping and aligning cross-functional strategies that sustain and expand Novartis’s Theranostics leadership. The role strengthens capabilities that support current Radioligand Therapy (RLT) leadership and prepare for future Radioligand Imaging (RLI)-supported growth, including patient identification, site readiness, access, referral flow, treatment capacity, and analytics-driven decision-making. Working across the Theranostics ecosystem, this leader aligns priorities, guides strategic workstreams, and addresses barriers that prevent eligible patients from being identified, referred, accessing care, and receiving appropriate RLT medicines. The role collaborates closely with the Integrated Product Strategy team, RLT and RLI general management teams, and stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Patient Services, Legal, Operations, Finance, and Strategy. It uses analytics, account insights, and ecosystem trends to identify bottlenecks, prioritize interventions, inform senior leadership decisions, and support therapeutic-area resource allocation. The position oversees a budget of up to $40 million for cross-functional initiatives and leads and develops two Associate Directors (one current and one planned for 2027), while influencing matrixed teams to deliver on therapeutic-area priorities. The expected salary range is $236,600 to $439,400 per year. Compensation also includes a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on role level, eligibility for annual equity awards.
