About The Position

The Executive Director, Strategy & Enterprise Transformation serves as a trusted thought partner to executive leadership on enterprise priorities and strategic initiatives while leading the governance and execution oversight of high-impact transformation and value-creation initiatives. This role establishes enterprise-wide operating rhythms, management reviews, executive steering committees, and performance management cadences while ensuring alignment across strategy, operating plans, budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, and execution priorities. The Executive Director develops executive-level insights and recommendations to drive growth, profitability, productivity, and shareholder value; identifies enterprise risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and execution gaps; and develops appropriate mitigation strategies. The role also influences leaders across organizational boundaries without direct authority and supports reporting to the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, ownership, and investors, as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, advanced business degree, engineering degree, or equivalent preferred.
  • 10–15+ years of progressive experience in strategy, management consulting, finance, transformation, PMO, operations, corporate development, or business leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation programs and enterprise initiatives.
  • Experience working with executive leadership teams and Boards.
  • Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, KPI design, value creation tracking, and performance management.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead oversight of a portfolio of strategic, operational, digital, commercial, and transformation initiatives. Create visibility into performance and ensure initiatives deliver targeted business outcomes.
  • Design and maintain a world-class PMO framework that standardizes governance, prioritization, reporting, accountability, resource management, benefits realization, and executive decision-making.
  • Develop enterprise KPI frameworks that connect strategic objectives, operational performance, financial outcomes, customer metrics, and transformation milestones.
  • Build sophisticated executive dashboards, scenario analyses, forecasting models, and performance reviews that enable faster and better decision-making.
  • Partner closely with Finance and Operations to identify opportunities for revenue acceleration, margin expansion, productivity improvement, working capital optimization, and capital efficiency.
  • Drive adoption of new processes, operating models, systems, governance mechanisms, and performance management disciplines.
  • Lead structured problem-solving efforts across enterprise challenges and facilitate resolution of complex cross-functional issues.
  • Partner with IT, Digital, Finance, and Operations teams to improve data quality, reporting automation, analytics platforms, and enterprise visibility.

Benefits

  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $176,640–$218,970 annually. Actual base pay may vary based on geographic location, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
