You are a dynamic, strategic Product leader who will own the product strategy and portfolio engagement strategy for the Southwest Co-brand credit card. In collaboration with the partner, you will work closely with Product, Customer Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and Execution teams to increase cardmember engagement and optimize portfolio value through customer-centric experiences, personalization, and disciplined measurement. As an Executive Director, Product Strategy for the Southwest Cobrand team, you will set the strategic vision and roadmap for the Southwest portfolio, use data and insights to develop targeting, offer, timing, and messaging strategies that improve card member engagement, partner value, and portfolio performance. You will lead through influence across product capabilities and marketing execution teams to scale what works.
