Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Indiana University Health Medical Group’s leadership team leadership team in the role of Vice Chair of Clinical and Academic Administration, Obstetrics and Gynecology. Job Description: This leader will provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for hospital-based outpatient departments (HOPD) across the system. Responsible for leading initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, standardize care delivery, and improve patient outcomes in a complex, evolving healthcare environment. Develops and executes a clear vision for organizational transformation aligned with IU Health’s mission, strategic priorities, and regulatory requirements. Partners closely with hospital and medical group leadership to drive high-reliability, standardized clinical operations across all outpatient care settings. Collaborates with senior leaders, department heads, and key stakeholders to assess organizational needs, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement sustainable change management strategies. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Requires 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Requires 10+ years of relevant experience in leading, managing, and delivering key initiatives across large, complex organizations.
  • Requires 7+ years of management experience.
  • Change Management experience is required.
  • Requires extensive experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Requires an In-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to transformation.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree is preferred.
