The People Experience Lead will serve as a strategic and operational leader responsible for designing, shaping, and delivering a differentiated, end-to-end employee experience across Guidehouse, from onboarding through offboarding. This role will identify and address friction points, apply data and journey mapping insights, and lead enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen engagement, improve retention, and enhance overall employee satisfaction. The People Experience Lead will partner across Human Capital, business leadership, and corporate functions to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience aligned with firm priorities and long-term growth objectives.
