About The Position

Designs and delivers enterprise people analytics products and decision-support capabilities that analyze and evaluate actual and potential workforce scenarios, generate actionable insights, and facilitate informed decision-making. Leverages advanced analytical tools, data and decision science modeling, product management practices, and AI-enabled experiences to support strategic workforce decisions, improve the colleague and stakeholder experience, and drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of work experience.
  • Adept at execution and delivery, including planning, delivering, and supporting complex enterprise products and capabilities.
  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork across business, HR, analytics, data, design, and technology functions.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive modeling.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with enterprise data platforms, people data architecture, semantic modeling, visualization tools, and agentic solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a large-scale enterprise people analytics product portfolio, establishing product strategy and roadmaps, and managing prioritization and investment trade-offs.
  • Demonstrated experience leading product managers and cross-functional agile delivery teams through the full product lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated experience with people analytics, workforce intelligence, and translating data into actionable business insight through analytic, AI-enabled, and agentic solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and translate stakeholder needs into scalable, measurable products.
  • Working knowledge of data governance, privacy, security, ethical data use, and responsible AI practices.

Nice To Haves

  • People analytics experience in large-scale retail and/or healthcare businesses.
  • Experience with GCP, Tableau, Power BI, and GenAI tools
  • Experience applying product discovery, human-centered design, experimentation, and product telemetry to improve adoption and outcomes.
  • Experience simplifying fragmented reporting and analytics environments through reusable data products, common metrics, shared services, and platform capabilities.
  • Experience operating in a complex, highly regulated organization; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Owns the enterprise vision, strategy, multiyear roadmap, and investment priorities for a portfolio of people reporting, analytics, insight, and agentic products that scale workforce intelligence across the enterprise.
  • Translates enterprise, business, and HR priorities into reusable data and insight products spanning foundational reporting, diagnostic and advanced analytics, embedded decision support, and AI-enabled experiences.
  • Establishes disciplined stakeholder discovery practices to understand decisions, workflows, pain points, and unmet needs, then converts validated problems into product requirements, prioritized backlogs, release plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • Moves up and through the analytic value chain by first meeting descriptive needs, and then delivering diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive modeling enhancements.
  • Leads product managers aligned to priority personas—including colleagues, people managers, executives, HR Business Partners, and HR Centers of Excellence—and establishes clear charters, outcomes, decision rights, standards, and success measures.
  • Defines the agentic product strategy for People Analytics, including conversational discovery, proactive insights, alerts, recommendations, workflow orchestration, and appropriate human oversight.
  • Provides product leadership across the full lifecycle—from discovery and design through build, launch, adoption, measurement, iteration, and retirement—in partnership with Technology, Data Governance, People Science, Data Governance, and Analytics Partnership teams.
  • Embeds privacy, security, role-based access, data quality, accessibility, ethical use, and responsible AI requirements into products from inception.
  • Defines and tracks product and portfolio performance through adoption, user experience, decision effectiveness, operational efficiency, and measurable workforce and business outcomes.
  • Advises executives and senior stakeholders on data-driven workforce decisions, represents the portfolio in governance and investment forums, and leads change and adoption efforts that enable responsible use of analytics and AI in the flow of work.
