About The Position
The Executive Director of Support plays a critical role in overseeing and coordinating central office functions so that the support schools receive is seamless and efficient. This senior leadership position requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operations and support the overall mission of HISD and the acceleration of individual schools. The Executive Director continually collaborates with stakeholders, including district leadership, principals, teachers, and support staff, to promote enhanced student outcomes across their Division of schools.
