About The Position

The Executive Director Nursing-PCR is responsible for the coordination and monitoring of nursing standards and practice within assigned areas. This role collaborates with managers in non-nursing areas to facilitate optimal patient care and supervises nursing personnel within their areas of assignment for the Division of Nursing, maintaining standards of nursing practice and patient care management within the Hospital. Under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), this professional will focus on leading, collaborating, integrating, facilitating, and evaluating systems necessary for professional nursing practice. They will collaborate with other leaders to facilitate decisions impacting service outcomes across clinical settings and with other professionals to maintain patient care standards aligned with Piedmont Healthcare's mission, vision, and values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing
  • 7 years progressively responsible nursing management positions within a hospital or health system
  • RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure
