This position can be based remotely anywhere in the U.S. (there may be some restrictions based on legal entity). The expectation of working hours and travel (domestic and/or international) will be defined by the hiring manager. This position will require 20% travel. As Executive Director, Market Access Strategy, Oncology, you will play a pivotal role in defining and advancing Novartis' enterprise-wide market access strategy, helping ensure innovative medicines reach the patients who need them most. Working at the intersection of strategy, policy, pricing, payer access, and commercial execution, you will influence critical business decisions, lead a high-performing team, and partner with senior leaders across the organization to unlock sustainable value for patients, customers, and Novartis.
