About The Position

Stone Rehabilitation & Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director LNHA to lead and oversee daily facility operations, ensuring quality care, compliance, and census growth. This role involves developing and enforcing policies, managing financial performance, recruiting and managing staff, and maintaining high standards of resident care. The Executive Director will also ensure regulatory compliance, oversee facility operations, build community relationships, and support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Healthcare or Business Administration preferred)
  • Current Massachusetts Nursing Home Administrator license.
  • 3–5+ years of progressive leadership experience in long-term care or healthcare administration, with a proven track record of operational and team success.
  • Strong knowledge of CMS, DPH, and long-term care regulations, as well as reimbursement systems and financial operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership, staff development, and personnel management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities, with sound judgment and discretion.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, financial reporting, and standard office applications.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and meet all organizational health and physical requirements.
  • Ability to produce a negative drug test.
  • May be subject to a background check.

  • Lead and oversee daily facility operations, ensuring quality care, compliance, and census growth.
  • Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, reporting, and cost control.
  • Recruit, develop, and oversee staff performance, training, and compliance.
  • Ensure high standards of resident care, satisfaction, and rights.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance, safety programs, and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Oversee facility operations, including inspections, maintenance, and risk management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regulators, partners, and community stakeholders.
  • Support strategic planning, vendor management, and organizational growth initiatives.
  • Maintain visibility and engagement across all facility shifts.
