About The Position

Cary Medical Center has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Director of the Jefferson Cary Foundation. The Executive Director is responsible for developing and maintaining donor relationships; coordinating and executing of the annual appeal and golf tournament; accounting; quarterly reporting; overseeing and monitoring investments, and donor tracking. In addition, the Executive Director is responsible for processing annual scholarships. The successful candidate will report to a member of the Administrative Team and the Jefferson Cary Foundation Board Chair.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree preferred
capital campaign experience
leadership experience
public speaking experience
financial management experience
ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships
experience in special events coordination
excellent organizational skills
excellent communication skills
excellent writing skills

Responsibilities

Maintains donor relations within and outside the community.
Coordinate & execute annual appeal and golf tournament.
Maintains accounting and quarterly reports.
Oversees and monitors financial investments and provide regular reports to the Board.
Oversees donor tracking of funds interring and expenses.
Oversees and process annual scholarship program.
Complies with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Other duties as assigned.
