As the Executive Director of IS Operations and Technology, you will play a pivotal role in the operational integrity, reliability, and continuous improvement of the health system's technology infrastructure and IS services. Serves as a key partner to clinical and business leaders; balances day-to-day operational excellence with strategic infrastructure planning to support a safe, efficient, and patient-centered care environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related healthcare field
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of healthcare IT and operations experience
  • Five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience

  • Collaborates with the security team to mitigate cybersecurity threats.
  • Leads and develops a team of IS managers, engineers, and support staff members.
  • Performs miscellaneous duties.
